Annual General Meeting 2026

 

• When: Wednesday 22^nd April 2026
• Where: Burges Salmon, One Glass Wharf, Bristol BS2 0ZX

• Doors open at 5:00pm for arrivals, registration and light refreshments, canapes.
  
• AGM officially begins at 5:30pm until 7:00pm.

 

 

We will have BSL interpreters, live captions, and hearing loop system.

To attend the AGM you must complete your registration to attend.  You can do this two ways:

Guest Speaker:

We are pleased to have Mandy Troddyn as our guest speaker.  Mandy was the Captain of the GB Deaf Women’s Football Team at the recent Deaflympics in Japan, and she is a teacher at Elmfield School for Deaf Children in Bristol.

We will not be providing printed copies of all these documents at the AGM for each individual, but please do contact us if you would like us to print and send you the papers in advance, also if you require large-text formats then please do let us know and we will make arrangements.

The venue has an induction loop system.  BSL interpreters and live captions will be provided.

Sandwiches, canapes, and refreshments will be provided.

Coming by bus? There are many buses that stop at Temple Meads.  Burges Salmon is a few minutes’ walk away.  The number 8 bus runs regularly from the city centre to Temple Meads.

Coming by car? There are car-parking facilities at Bristol Temple Meads and the nearby Gardiner Haskins Car Park.  There are more car-parks located around the city centre.
